Produced at NOM1414 in Arandas from the very best single estate weber blue agave grown in the beautiful highlands of Jalisco, Mexico. Traditionally produced under the guidance of our Master Distiller Sergio Cruz, cooking in brick ovens, milling and fermenting with champagne yeast before double distillation in Alembic copper pot stills. We distill to 49% ABV and rest in bourbon casks for an average of 24 months before bottling at 40% ABV, resulting in a warm, rich and smooth, amber hued tequila full of vanilla, dried fruit, cinnamon and clove, delicious for sipping.
